In my in-house roles at BT (as Head of Commercial and later Head of Legal) and Airtel (leading the commercial legal team), I have worked on some of the most significant and strategically important contracts in the telecom and technology sectors. These have included large IT outsourcing deals, network management arrangements, equipment procurement and strategic tie-ups that shaped Airtel’s digital transformation.
